We are open to serve all visitors and locals of Sun Peaks and Kamloops BC.

Currently we are going with masks if requested by the patient/customer. If you want us in a mask we will comply without out issue. Otherwise we will skip the mask. When we arrive we will ask some basic health screening questions and get on with the session.

Summer 2026 update: Ski Season done and dusted. Im around to help if needed. Knee Deep Sport Massage is being upgraded at Lift Total Health. Erik will still do mobile but he is also available at the studio. All files have been transferred and remain under the license of Erik Wyatt RMT as the signed file holder at Lift.

Our therapeutic massage services are all offered by Canadian trained Registered Massage Therapist that is in good standing with the regulatory college CCHPBC and associations with RMTBC.

To book a first time appointment online please note you will need to register a credit card to secure your preferred appointment time and to streamline operations leaving more time for treatment. This is done with our completely secure feature provided through Jane payments powered by Stripe. If you do not want to use a credit card please use our contact button here and we will attempt to accommodate your booking request. On treatment day other forms of payment are possible including cash, E-Transfer or direct entry credit card.

After booking yourself online you should receive an intake form and confirmation of you’re booking. If you do not complete the booking and you do not receive a confirmation email you are not finished the booking.

Our massage treatment offerings are not spa treatments, you can have whatever music you want we can pull it up on our licensed music account that covers rules on sharing of music. If you would like full relaxation make sure to note that in your medical assessment forms. Knee Deep Sport Massage typical treatments will have a generalized relaxing effect after generally deep work, push and pull of the body. You won’t find any whale songs or pan flutes.

Nothing short of perfection in his knowledge base. His ability to work his way around and find the right therapeutic approach is other worldly, if you’re honest. Hero’s and know it all’s will be disappointed. He has the ability to go as deep as needed, so be careful what you wish for!

In 10 years of treatment, i’ve yet to be disappointed.

BC Registered Massage Therapist Erik Wyatt, uses his solid assessment skills from his previous career as a Paramedic to dig deeper into your history. This helps him apply safe and effective, designed just for you therapeutic massage with techniques he has picked up in his 10 years of practice. These help his patients deal with acute and chronic conditions. Erik offers mostly video based sources for exercises where appropriate and generally encourages movement after treatments. Coaching you to use your body the way it was designed to help recover from your conditions.

Erik is a dedicated husband and father who loves being outside. Cross country mountain biking in summer with his wife, playing with his kids and the dog, or fat biking and snowboarding in the winter.
